Job Description:
·    Develop preferred employer brand for the company. Build sustainable and strong cooperation with prominent universities, composing engagement presentations and case studies for fresh graduated candidates. Organizing business games and participating career fairs for enhancing long term attractiveness of the company.
·    Analyzing trends and attracting profiles for future’s talent needs.
·    Capturing talents, by hunting best profiles for every aspects of business by using outstanding networking and innovative ways in line with company’s long term talent building vision and corporate policy.
·    Delicately select the right profiles that are eager for developing new skills and passionate for learning, having competency based qualitative interviews, respectively managing communication with candidates and coordination of recruitment process with line managers.
·    Ensure that every new employee has proper orientation program.
·    Ensure correct implementation of recruitment policies of the company in Turkey. In terms of competencies, selection criteria and diversity.
·    Hiring, developing and managing a recruitment team and transferring expertise and competency through the team.
·    Analyzing and Reporting recruitment activities.
