Mining Sales Engineer (Ref:ETH-MSE)


We are looking for a highly talented mining sales engineer for our client who is globally supplier of mining capital assets and equipment technology and services.  
The company delivers full-scope solutions for mining industry: grinding mills, grinding solutions crushers, crushing solutions, Process equipment, such as pumps, filters, thickeners, separation equipment, conveyors and maintenance services with spare and wear parts.
The Person
Graduated from mining, mechanical or related engineering faculties of prominent universities
At least two years of experience about selling equipment, capital assets or services about:
  •            Crushers
  •            Filters
  •            Grinding solutions
  •            Floatation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both for customers, vendors and internal stakeholders
Display analytical thinking skills while working well with others to accomplish department tasks.
Able to travel extensively domestic / international and able to work overtime when required
Willing to work in the Middle East territory as required.
Client development skill set including building and managing strong relationship, leadership and negotiation skills.
Good commercial acumen
Analytical skills for understanding the customers’ business, their decision making processes and operating principles for a result oriented approach.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
Highly proficient about Microsoft Office.

Planning and achieving regular customer visits for feedback, market information and inquiries 
Selling mining capital equipment products and solutions to achieve the target 
Follow up customer needs to optimize customer satisfaction
Ability to read, understand and implement project plans with support from regional center
Assisting installation and commissioning of the sold equipment.
Monitoring accurate records and communicates reliable information through detailed technical reports for the performance of products.
Delivering feedback to customers with accurate records and reliable reports about their service requests.
Making recommendations to maintenance technicians about equipment service or warranty repairs 
Preparing necessary quotations.
Performs other miscellaneous duties and/or other special projects assigned by sales manager.
